PAYMENT OPTIONS

We are getting clients from PAN India including from Remote Villages and Metro Cities. While some of the clients from big cities like Bengaluru, Mumbai, Vadodara, Pune, Lucknow prefer to make payments through Net Banking and Credit/Debit Cards from the ease of their homes, the individuals in remote villages have to visit the Bank to deposit the money in cash or send NEFT through their Bank accounts. Keeping in view the hardships being faced by the clients, the Admins at CIBIL Consultants have decided to offer many platforms to make payments which are easy and user-friendly to clients from Remote Villages, Urban Centre, and Metro Cities. (In line with the Digital India initiative – the CIBIL Consultants have decided not to accept Cash Payments and any client depositing cash will be doing so at his/her own risk). However, in rare or rarest cases the admins may allow Cash Payments and Deposits under compelling circumstances.

NEFT PAYMENTS THROUGH BANK OR NET BANKING:

Our Clients who want to remit money through NEFT by using net-banking or through NEFT from their respective Banks can use the following information:

PayTM QR Code-CIBIL Investigation Fees

Wallet Payments through PayTM and MobiKwik:

On huge demand from our clients – we have started accepting payments through PayTM and Mobikwik online wallets but the only condition will be that such wallet payments will be accepted from identifiable/verifiable Mobile Number – who have submitted their valid KYC documents for resolving their CIBIL problems:

  • PayTM Wallet: The clients can scan the PayTM QR Code and make payments from their PayTM Wallets. Valid Confirmation will be provided by PayTM with whom CIBIL Consultants are managing their duly KYC verified wallet. Wallets payments can be made anytime, anywhere and it takes not more than 2-3 minutes. For making PayTM wallet payments the clients can use their ATM-cum-Debit Cards along with other methods like UPI Payments, Net Banking, and Credit Cards. We accept money only from KYC verified Profiles.
  • MobikKwik Wallet: Clients can use the “Send Money” option in their MobiKwik Wallet by sending the money to Mobile No.9814915812. We accept money only from KYC verified Profiles.

GPay QR Code-CIBIL Resolution Fees

Google Pay (Tez): On Public demand, we have also

started accepting payment through Google Pay (Formerly Tez). Now clients can add M-9814915812 to their contacts and reach the CIBIL Consultants for Payment of CIBIL Investigation Fees of Rs.4500 (Non-Refundable) and Resolution Fees (Variable Amount on Case to Case Basis) by either scanning the Google Pay QR Codes for Rs.4500 being CIBIL Investigation Fees or “Any Variable Amount for CIBIL Resolution Fees” or using our UPI ID:  caakgoyal@okhdfcbank on Google Pay. In rare of rarest cases and with prior permission, the clients can deposit direct cash in the following Bank account:

While allowing permission we will be providing some code say 1,2,3 …..etc and the client will be asked to deposit the Fees amount say Rs.4500-00 + Code Number…say 1 and the client will deposit Rs.4501 and we will be able to identify the customer from City Code and above code value. Any unauthorized cash deposits will not be accepted in the Bank Account and CIBIL Consultants will not be responsible for any unauthorized Cash Deposits. Unauthorized Cash Deposits will be returned after deducting 15% administrative charges.
